Pros

The simplicity of it is fantastic and that's what most people look for in a great product. It's easy to assemble. The only true annoyance is the cable and mounting for the resistance dial.

The 6-level resistance combined with the drivetrain on my bike gives me virtually any resistance level i want. This can be remedied with setting the resistance to maximum and use the bike's gears to adjust the resistance. This helps me keep consistent... Read More

It's pretty quiet. My wife's cruiser has wider tires and they were a bit louder than my road bike. I have a townie and the higher the gear the louder it seems.

Cons

Locking my bike into the product doesn't work well. When my bike is locked in it is off-center every so slightly. Before you buy this item make sure it fits your bike.

The tire rubs harshly against the plastic. The flywheel on the resistance unit wasn't installed carefully and was visibly crooked. It is either a lot of wear on the tire or uneven resistance that results in inconsistent pedaling.

The workout you achieve riding this stationary bike is mediocre to poor. It's ok if you want to pedal light.

Easy to assemble and sturdy when using.

Easy set up and worked fine on my 1993 nishiki mountain bike without any axel change.

My bike is a folding and the rear axle od was at the extreme limit of the sportneer and was unstable.

All the reviews i read complaining of noise all had pictures of treaded tires so consider that before taking them seriously.
