This really gives my wrist a workout. This is really good for strengthening and rehabilitation of wrist. Helps strengthen the muscles in your arm nicely.
Cons

Trying to decide whether returning it is worth the value of my time. This device takes a lot of strength to properly use. Do not recommend this product.

Product is well made and very effective for building wrist strength.
This product is very easy to use small enough to store and very durable you will get a good workout with this just have to stick with it.
It is smaller than i expected which means it barely fits on my forearm, making it impossible to use on the easiest settings.
Good variable resistancea little difficult to get hand into correct position, but worth the effort.

Luckily for me the most resistance is where i will be starting on both eccentric concentric movements
