This is because the phone is not snug against the arm

There is a bulky zippered pocket that can hold 3 maybe 4 other phones

This extra space means the phone in the outer flap bounces up and down as i run and the bouncing slowly jerks it down my arm

Putting the phone in the inner pocket does not help since the inner pocket is so large the phone bounces around just as much
