The bracelet itself stays on well but it can catch on clothing etc which can undo the closure

Initial thought was that the product was useless as it did nothing once charged and i couldnt link it with my iphone and without the bluetooth connection it doesnt work

Communication with the supplier having initially answered the wrong question suggested rebooting the device

Synced with phone turn your phone bluetooth off then on again and it will find the bracelet quickerthe app is needed dayday band for syncingpanic not if you cant see stepsdistancecalories instantly youll see them on the app before you see them on the bracelet about a minute or so lagall going well ill order another for the hubby in a day or two

The app is okay but sleep mode not excellent but i didnt purchase for this reason

My only real downside is that in daylight outside and sunlight you can barely see it in sunlight
