On the third day stiffness in the lower leg muscles indicated that i had walked differently but i hadnt been aware of it

They are wellshaped but not too bulky and should fit in most shoes possibly even trainers due to the subtle but effective arch support however often trainers have their own arch supports which makes adding insoles almost too pronounced

I seem to always push through the bottom of shoes making them perfectly usable but uncomfortable to wear
