Pros
It's a great brand that goes the extra yard to prove the quality of its products. It is much more concentrated than most brands. It appears to be good quality with a professional look.
These are quite expensive, but you get a generous quantity of 150 capsules. There are 150 somewhat large softgels that are still easy to *. I like that a dose is one pill instead of 3.
Omega-3 is important for the brain and cognitive function, so i’m taking it for all the benefits of this supplement. Both a national brand and a pharmacy brand 1200mg fish oil from my local pharmacy only have 720mg of omega-3.

Good potency, easy to swallow, and no fishy burps.
The one i got in november 2022 has a manufactured date of march 2022 and a "best by" date of march 2025.
There's absolutely no aftertaste to these capsules, and no after-effects.
Price
I'm impressed that a serving size is one gel cap, making it 150 servings per bottle, which is a good value.
These are quite expensive, but you get a generous quantity of 150 capsules.
The price is also a few dollars cheaper than what you'd pay at the store.

It came with plastic wrapped around the outside of the lid, and a tamper seal on the inside too.

The only other one i've had that's comparable is nordic naturals 2x, which is what i've been using for a long time.
They have more epa and dha than most other omega 3 softgels.

I take a daily fish oil capsule and have seen good results in my bloodwork from it but ive had some fishyburp nightmare products in the past
