Pros
Hiseeu dvr camera system makes me feel safe due to it's crystal clear picture along with the excellent night vision. Remote viewing is sharp, quick and full of features.
It works fantastic. Shout out to love@hiseuu. This camerisa is has great quality even for the caribbean.
Cons
Day-time quality is good but there is no zoom and if you pinch to zoom the quality is garbage. On a hot day, they are unusable as they fog up. The images are useless.
Buyers beware, you cannot return items sold by this seller. There’s no way you could tell who it was. Never would've heard from me.
The tiny manual provided is near useless and does not cover any of the programing. The software is clunky and obviously and poorly translated from chinese. The alerts sensitivity from the cameras is just to sensitive even on the lowest setting and the... Read More

The cameras are great quality and easy to install.
System works flawlessly and remote viewing is sharp, quick and full of features.

They have responded it very quickly and immediately sent me many pictures and diagrams of troubleshooting.
I contacted support and they responded extremely quickly and were very easy to work with.
They want me to ship the bad unit back but they did not provide a return shipping label.
I am not paying to ship that bad unit back, unless they provide a return shipping label, i’ll keep it as a backup nvr.

I used to work for adt, these cameras are 10x better then the ones i used to sell for $400 each camera.

It took me several time calling and email picture into the tech support to get them to send me replacement nvr

All and all this would be the first poe system i installed but have installed other about 6 and the nvr setup it a small change not super user friendly but the customer service has been there to answer any questions
