The waist band is stretchy and fits perfectly. The waist can be made tighter with the drawstrings. They have a draw string waist which is very convenient if you have a really skinny kid. They clothe him.

This 2 pack of sweatpants fits my bill, marrying the classic original imagery (stormtrooper! The little guy likes having pants that match his daddy's shirts. These are quality sweatpants.

These pants are much thicker and better quality than i was picturing. They have cuffed ankles and the material is impressively thick and soft. Very good pants for active boys for either school or at home.

They are thick, warm and soft (both lining and outside) they are also a decent thickness so they provide a fair bit of warmth on cold days. Perfect for chilly days.
