Pros
Bought these for my granddaughter. They are comfortable, fits as expected and she can move comfortably in them. These pants are wonderful for my preschooler. The pants are a touch long but bought a little big so not surprised.
They are really cute and made well. The quality and the print. Over all very pleased and happy with them.
Cons
None of these pants have lasted past 2-3 wears each. Sizing and labels are not correct. Do not recommend wasting your money on these leggings.

Yeah these are not accurately made for a 7yo.
2 out of the 5 pairs ripped the 1st time my daughter wore them in the same exact spot.

Good price and value for the remaining 4 pair.
My daughter only wears leggings and for the price these are great.
Make sure you get these with the amazon deals, save money & time shopping for what fits your budget.
They were too big so i reordered and the priced jumped to $33.
Packaging/appearance
We received a dark pink and teal polka dot pair instead of the dark blue with peace signs and the stripped white and lavender ones.
Competitiveness
These leggings are about3/4 inch wider in the waist and maybe 1/2 inch longer than medium target brand.
They are a bit thicker than target's cat & jack brand which is nice.

They fit great and are soft and comfy but they rip in the crotch area way easier than they should
