The waistband is totally encased elastic and surged to the pant. The length goes all the way to the ankles and the leggings go great with everything from sneakers to short boots. They are longer than her other 3t legging and a tad looder in the waist....  Read More

The 4t fits like a looser 3t, but length is definitely 4t. I wish they were slightly wider since they aren't very stretchy. I have a tall skinny child and these fit her well.

These are great leggings for fall, winter and spring, when you want just a little bit more thickness and coziness to your liking fabric. They are made out of basic sweatshirt material, so the weight is better for cooler days.

These leggings are not fleece. The roughness on the inside of the fabric would be good for scrubbing. They are not plush on theinside - they are very itchy! The lining is at best a very scratchy, thin terry cloth like material.

The sizing is off too. They are thicker than regular leggings but uncomfortable to wear. They're new, so i feel like they should be donated, but i don't want some person paying for them secondhand and then realizing how awful they are.
