These vitamins are easy to take and seem to absorb better.

I like the idea that it’s chewable unfortunately they stick together and sometimes i can’t get them out of the bottle.

The gummies have a good taste and are easy to chew and shallow however they are super sticky.

Price

They have enough of the essential b complex % for the daily value and you can tell a noticeable difference if you stop taking them.

I suggest getting these from the store rather than online, they were also half the price.
