L-lysine helps with fever blisters and cold sores, if i get sick at all i know they are coming!
Good product. Spring valley is my vendor of choice. No problem with shipping or time to get it. Pleased with purchase.

I recently got 2 canker sores they usually get very big and hurt so bad especially when the weather is super hot
