Pros

The app is clunky, but the camera is great. The photo resolution is decent, but not as good as other cameras on the market. And the pict are clear. The pros audio- higher resolution- clearer pictures and videos.

Straps to tree easy, always turns on and lets me know whats in the woods. It's focused on a bed of sunflowers so we can se what birds are snacking on the seeds. Easily adjustable and easily hidden with the camouflage design.

I have 5 of theses suckers an all have been perfect no problems. Best customer service anywhere.

Cons

Amazon need to rethink selling this product, nothing but problems. Caveat emptor is spypoint's policy. Caveat emptor is a latin phrase that translates to “let the buyer beware’ or sold as is.

The customer service is even worse. Yah, they blame you. The worst customer experience i've ever witnessed.

The headquarters phone number has a voicemail that can’t except messages. I will not be renewing my subscriptions.

The internal battery and solar camera worked from november to february and only lost power for a few days in the middle of winter.

Super good deal on this game cam!

Great price simple setup just like the other 2 spypoints i have.

I bought this camera (great camera) thru amazon from vendor spypoint on 15 november 2020 for $499+.

Therefore buying from vendor and not thru amazon would have saved $200+ now.

Shipping

Pictures were sent right to the app and i could just download and send them to clients right from my phone.

The free service kicked in 15 minutes after i placed the cam in the woods, and pics started rolling in.

I have one on the free service, one on the 250 pictures a month service, and one on unlimited.

Competitiveness

I would buy this over a couple of the other name brand cameras i have purchased.
