In previous versions you have to know what the configurations are and set them correctly or it doesnt work

Make sure you test out the extended events which will be replacing sql profiler in the future since sql profiler has been marked as deprecated

When i saw the price and the options full blown sql server 2012 i said this had to be too good to be true

One could use the evaluation version but its nice not having time constraints on the product

I do several websites for various nonprofits and use sql server and especially ssms in the development

Only con is that ssms will not manage sql ce 4
