Little tricky to get the base lined up with the top again, took several tries, but i'm pleased overall.

Instead of using the shells that they sent with the purchase, i put my own shells from all our family beach trips inside of base.

I didn't have any issues found in other reviews other than the on-off knob was missing, but lampsplus is shipping one to me.

Competitiveness

I have wanted a fillable lamp for quite awhile.

I didn't expect a high-quality lamp because of the price.
