Pros

The matte black is so modern and chic and is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this set.

Love the handheld part and switch between that and the overhead several times throughout a shower. It relaxes the whole body while showering.

You have to consider the thickness of your tile and thin set when installing. It is up to the installer to reengineer or figure out.

Cons

I'm not sure if the contractor installed it incorrectly or if it's a design flaw in the product. The design is wrong for the amount of water needed for a 16in shower head. If you want a lot of pressure, this is not for you.
