I was skeptical about this looking great because of the price.

Of course, i assumed it would cost a fortune but it was extremely reasonable.

Their after sale service is really good.

Shipping

It took time, about 2 weeks, but all is well now.

Before doing, i emailed their customer service and received a prompt reply that teas the defective head was covered under warrant.

They approved my request and they would send me a wall mount for free with expedited delivery.

They responded to my email in like 10 minutes and are sending the part we need free and expedited shipping.

Packaging/appearance

Everything comes in one box, all parts individually wrapped in their own cotton bag, tools, and extra parts should you need them.

The shower system looks great, it is of very good quality, and it was also very well packaged.

The packaging is like nothing i have seen.

Even the box and the packaging is much nicer than you expect at this price point.

    The hand handle is discolor on the sides and the piece that holds it has also discolor it not very visible but if you dont like that fact that it starts to discolor within the first week it gets install look for a different product

    My shower head wasn’t working and i’ve provided my issues to the rep and they sent me the replacement shower head right away

    After purchasing our shower system we realized that only the wall arm for the rain head was supplied with the kit

    I contacted sunrise asking if they could supply a ceiling arm for the rain head and received a prompt reply stating they would send me the ceiling arm even though only one arm comes with the kit
