Pros

This shower head is truly extraordinary! She is 100% right…it’s incredible. The customer service is also very good. Overall, it works ok for what it is.

Game-changer. Between uses the shower head will go from being level to being cocked to one side. They provide a couple different reducers you can use to reduce water flow and conserve water.

They are relatively easy to clean when they inevitably start plugging. Well made, not plastic, not brass but stainless steel. A nice rain shower, nicely finished and solidly built.

This comes with a pair of white glove and white teflon tape. Put on thread tape and * the new shower head on. I have the 16 varient mounted on a stand pipe in the ceiling so the pipe exits the ceiling vertically.

Cons

The shower head leaks sporadically. Every twenty minutes or so i hear a few streams of water hit the tub. The high pressure nozzles slowly develop small calcium deposits.

This is cheap chinese stainless steel that really isn’t stainless. It’s been used for less than a year and is fully rusted. However, it rusts too easily.

Price

The price for the fixture made it make sense for me.

This shower head is a great value.

So i browsed for a “big name” brand and was disgusted on prices.

Oh, the price was right on too.

Shipping

It arrived in just a couple days and worked great.

They quickly got all the details on the part, address etc.

There are two regulators shipped with the unit so that the maximum you can get is 2.

Infact it has got shipped as i write this review.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging and thoughts to install were amazing.

I was very impressed with the packaging.

Came with thread tape and 2 screens with rubber grommets.

It was wrapped in a soft cotton bag.

Competitiveness

This is my third purchase of this shower head to replace well known brand expensive shower heads we had installed during our renovation.

I had tried two other brands from amazon.
