It’s amazing how we can now don't hesitate. Updated - thank goodness for sofia at the manufacturers' support.
It is of sturdy material not flimsy feel. Nice heavy duty material seems to be good quality. Professional packaging. It is very sturdy.

This is the first time in 15 yrs of shopping on amazon, that i am suspect of the reviews. Not happy with the response from the seller. Looks great when it arrives but not worth taking the chance.
Water comes from wrong faucets when the knob is turned in wrong positions. When trying to tighten the arm to the plumbing the unsoldered joint keeps turning and not tightening.

I bught this product a year ago in full price, and i love it.

Slight cartridge leak after 3 12 years and went i reached out in regard to warranty after a simple conversation i had a brand new cartridge at my door in less than 48 hours

Amazon would only help if it was fully returned and they would then send a new one however parts were already installed the behind the walltile parts and contractor and also hired contractor which would have also delayed that install
