Very easy to install, i like all the different settings on the handheld and the shower head, and very simple to operate.
The quality of the system is excellent.
Time will tell how well the finish holds up, but in general, i think it all looked very good and seemed well built.

I will say we ran into a problem with insulation because one of the escutcheon plates was missing

Not sure if it got lost during installation or just wasn’t included at all but it was a bother to find the right size part to replace it

I did notice that you cannot solder into the connections of the valve body like common on most major branded types because the holes are slightly smaller than our standard us 12 inch copper pipe

This meant that i had to regroup and tie in with pex connections using a thread on adapter with ptfe tape

Though this is not a deal breaker it would have been nice to have known this ahead of time or they could have simply made this in a pex ready option
