Pros
Hose is very flexible, hangs nicely. We even wrap the hose several rounds around the shower lever after use.
Compared to the name brand replacement, this shower hose is a stellar value and works perfectly. Verry happy. I suggest amazon provides some discount subscription = most people buy one every year!
Cons
The product is not at all as advertised. It's quite funny that they rave about the high quality of their product and that it’s ‘durable’ and ‘doesn’t leak’ when i’ve had two hoses leak in a span of seven months.
There was some teflon tape stuck to the threads and tool marks all over the hexagon connector, exposing the brass. Worked fine for 10months and leaking both sides.

It's quite long for the price as well.
Would buy again, especially if combined with lower price or coupon.

I recieved the new hose a couple of days later (03/01/24).
After contacting them and sending them a video, they mailed one out right away.

Doesnt get stiff doesnt make the shower handle twist to a funny angle
