Pros

Modern and sleek. The chrome gives the bathroom a classic modern look. The larger sized rain head is my favorite part.

Reviewer would highly recommend this product. Thank you sofia for your follow through in getting us what we needed. Now for the users' feedback (my husband).

Super easy to plumb and works great. It truly makes a difference to be able to be fully immersed in the water. The only thing i am not very satisfied with is the handheld showerhead.

Cons

The "warranty" the product supposedly has is a joke since they want you to jump through hoops to get parts. Installation is a nightmare with terrible instructions and design. No issues with seller refunding my money quickly.

The handheld part is missing it’s top. The water pressure is strong so the attachment mechanism for the wall connection is not sturdy enough. What that leaves you with is a leaking shower head connection in your wall.

The styling is great, where this unit lacks is the flimsy control valve that sits behind the wall. Only thing we like is the looks. Poor quality chrome and not stainless steel.

We contacted sunrise after we noticed it says on description here it had a 10yr warranty and a 24hr service.

It arrived a couple of days later by amazon.

Packaging/appearance

I was pleasantly surprised when i unpacked it how great it was packaged.

I like the look of the shower system in our newly remodeled bathroom.

The package comes with the 12" wall mount arm.

The quality and packaging were better than i imagined.

Competitiveness

The quality is very good, imo better than others.

My family and friends love it, and compare to home depot and lowes, this set was way cheaper.
