Price
I ended up buying a replacement arm for less than $20.
But replacements are cheap at any big box store.
Shipping
This shower kit was packaged well and came quickly.
The agent was very professional and helped get a replacement part shipped right away.
We bought these in feb but due to construction delays couldn’t get to them until sept.
Seller quickly sent the replacement piece needed to get it back to 100%.
Packaging/appearance
This unit comes very well packaged with white gloves for you to handle it.
Beautifully packed to protect the pieces from getting scratched.
If you took the time to package it that nice, you should make better instructions.
Competitiveness
The system completed our remodel and compared to others, was priced reasonably.
This is what happens when you don't buy name brand products.
Most of the shower parts are sold separately with other shower heads.
This gives me a chance to purchase a different brand now.

I didnt realize until after installation that it is not an l shape

Yes the showerhead swivels but only away from the wall and to the sides so you cant actually point the shower head straight down

This would probably be a nonissue for most people who have a shower surround but in our remodel we have an open shower no doors just a glass panel so the water sprays out and onto the floor

The plumber told us that we needed to order another of the same kit to have on hand if we need a part as they are not universal parts and cant be found if we need a part

I contacted support via as the brass nipple that attaches to the shower arm and input water had stripped the threads of the shower arm slightly during installation
