So far so good installed like 2 months ago and they look and work really nice so far

All of the materials are heavy duty and nothing feels cheap about this unit.

Instead of using a full thick walled pipe with threaded ends, they opted for a very thin tin like pipe with threaded in npt adapters.

And the hand-held feature has same water pressure, even with its long hose, as the shower head.

Price

I ended up buying a replacement arm for less than $20.

But replacements are cheap at any big box store.

Shipping

This shower kit was packaged well and came quickly.

The agent was very professional and helped get a replacement part shipped right away.

We bought these in feb but due to construction delays couldn’t get to them until sept.

Seller quickly sent the replacement piece needed to get it back to 100%.

Packaging/appearance

Inside the product box, each part is well packaged and protected with cloth bags and cardboard boxes.

This unit comes very well packaged with white gloves for you to handle it.

If you took the time to package it that nice, you should make better instructions.

It provided a brown shipping box to contain the product package box, the system arrived in mint condition.

Competitiveness

The system completed our remodel and compared to others, was priced reasonably.

This is what happens when you don't buy name brand products.

Most of the shower parts are sold separately with other shower heads.

This gives me a chance to purchase a different brand now.
