Product support is exactly the type of product support i hope for, and expediting delivery is above and beyond.

The only thing i am not very satisfied with is the handheld showerhead. The handheld shower is a bonus. It comes with gloves and all the basic necessary tools and very detailed description on how to install.

Cons

Pressure is non existent, hot and cold water is confusing. You have to turn the handle on and off to different positions about 5 times before it will stop dripping!

This product works really well if you have decent water pressure.

And i found it cheaper on amazon than home depo!

I don't think you can do better at three times the price.
