Pros

When you hold it in your hands, you see and feel the quality and excellent finish it has. Every part looks good and very heavy. This system is consistently an excellent value.

All-in-all, a 5-start product from a good vendor, with great value for money. Highly recommend. Very satisfied with this product.

Waterfall tub faucet is great. Large square shower head looks and works great. Attached hose sits nicely in the holster.

Cons

Fits for the tub spout are way too short to be stable in the wall and surrounded by tile. Handheld holder is not adjustable as it’s shown and claimed. Company is totally unresponsive to queries as to what they might recommend.

The product was shipped promptly as promised, in good packaging.

Subsequently, i did receive a responsive email and parts were shipped to facilitate installation.

I called the sr sunrise directly, they sent me a free replacement in 3 days.

Packaging/appearance

Packaging was absolutely the best i’ve ever seen in plumbing.

A awesome product comes very nicely packed even comes with white gloves to do final install what can i say very nice @heavy duty.

The quality of the product is immaculate all the way down to the packaging.

Competitiveness

This is my second sun rise faucet set purchase and this one is even better than the first.

There are many similar products available from other chinese companies.

Many other companies carry poor quality products with high prices.

The shower head and hand held is heavier comparing the other products.
