Customer service is top notch. Highly impressed with the packing and quality of the product. Very happy and recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing one as well.
Sr sunrise shower system has been installed over 18 months now with no issues. The rain shower head is beautiful and the high pressure showerhead is actually high pressure compared to most rain shower showerhead.
This is exactly what i wanted and it didn't disappoint. The instructions could be improved upon. This is an awesome product.
Cons

Quality
As many others have written, i agree that the quality of this set is excellent.
The quality of the product - sturdy, heavy, durable.
Otherwise you will end up with the spout too deep in the wall after the tile is on!
However, with young kids, the tub spout can be a hazard especially with the square sharp style.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was very good (most items in soft cloth bags).
Got this shower in a nice packaging, nicely packed, all parts intact,installed in a renovated bathroom, love this piece.
The finishing cover plate will hide the gap.
Competitiveness
This is a high-quality product fits my modern basement bathroom.
Very heavy compared to the dept store brands.

I did not like the fact that the dimensions in the instructions are given in tenths of an inch which which is not what is on your tape measure

Also after the main shower is turned off about 20 minutes later water starts pouring out like its draining the system

There is no way to tighten the brass male coupling into the brass female from the water supply
