Pros

The brake is pretty, it's also cheap and made a great upgrade. The pads work very well too, have on a 700x25c tire/clincher rim and there is plenty of room for adjustment.

No squealing, no rubbing, no vibration. It has multitude of adjustments for fine tuning.

Easy to install and setup. Looks great too. Easy to install, adjust and replace pads if needed.

Best bang for your buck. Fits as a glove. Absolutely luv this brake.

Cons

To my disappointment even after adjusting the pads to extend as far out as they can go, they still rub on the tire. The wheel is already positioned as deep as it can be installed. Not quite squaring on the rim.
