Pros
Good product, but would never be mistaken for high-quality more-expensive components. They are noticeably better than the microshift ones. I believe they are also safer because you maintain better control of the handlebars when you shift.

But due to how the cable is routed inside the shifter there is a high chance of fraying when using cables that were already cut
