Pros

Good price and good ss chain. Decent looking. Just what i needed to replace the factory original that had stretched out quite a bit.

A little bit higher grade than the typical kmc. Very stiff and robust.

Snap-lock is easy to install, much easier than the style with a u-shaped cotter. I'm thankful for that - as i think it will be failsafe -- but you'll need to flex the chain as you snap on (the gold-tone piece) to the connector link.

Cons

The problem arises when the flex within this mater link causes the chain link to skip or pop under tension when pedaled. It is not a three piece link (two link plates and a clip) nor is it a slotted link.

Great chain been using this for months now and still holding up very well also very light weight for weight weenies

This new chain feels pretty solid & should last for many miles if taken care of properly.

I've gone through at least six of these bad boys, never broke one.

-1 star, because they could make these stainless steel, but they don't.

Price

Best single speed chain for the $$$.

I actually recommend spending the extra $$ on that one, but performance-wise this still works perfectly!

I am surprised this is to inexpensive.

And for the price, you cannot go wrong.

Tried all types by kmc, including the higher priced x1, and this 951 is quieter and smoother than all of them.

The master link differs from other sram links that i have seen and preferred.

I've had several other single speed chains and i do believe that i like the way the sram pc 1 performs over all the other brands.
