Pros

Each gear has 2-3 clicks to it. If you run just a little cross-chained, you can adjust half a notch to remove chain rub. The sram grip givesquick positive shifts, and is very rugged. Setting the derailleur were tricky but solvable.

Fine tuning was needed on the bike's side. My only complaint is the plastic is soft and can be dmaged easily if the bike takes a spill. Measure your old.

These are my first sram products. They work smoothly and very solid. This one are awesome.

Cons

Despite being listed and printed as 3 gear, the indexing has 11 click positions. If the front gear is something you use often i recommend looking else where. I am not a beginner cyclist so i can make due, but i did not order this for myself.

Am not expecting long lasting super endurance but at this price am well pleased plus use shifter daily.
