With the cage lock, at most, i need to put the chain on a rear cog with a paper towel, and it's very easy.
It was a little tight with the largest of my cassette chainrings, but its fine.
I did make the mistake of using the 11 to 50 tooth cassette with the short cage version but that didn’t work.

Destroyed the last one this was a direct fit replacement and worked great right out of the box.

Make sure to get the sram branded cassette

This mech works great once adjusted properly if you dont have experience with limit screws save yourself the frustration and take it to a bike shop otherwise for the trained biker is a simple installationadjustment thing

If you start to get curious and try to adjust it you will mess it up
