There is no risk of the masterlink popping out even under the tension of a brakeless fixed gear drivetrain

I stretch them to the limit within 2 months 800 miles of stop and go city riding

At the time of their demise they are still shiny and corrosionfree despite daily riding on salt and chemical covered chicago winter streets
