Pros
The derailleur handles the expanded 48-36 length just fine. The chain shifts fine onto the 36 tooth sprocket. The 11-34 cassette comes with a spacer that goes between the hub and the largest cassette sprockets.
Take care when installing the lock ring. No issues shifting on/off the big cog. All other shifts are crisp.

Well i used it for what it was built to doattach to the rear wheel on the bike i was building up so that i can get my way too big backside up the very steep hills on rides from my house into wisconsins driftless zone
