Pros & Cons
Pros
These 10-speed quick links work fantastically for the sram ex1 ebike-strong chain. Runs smoothly around my shimano 105 50/34 (2x) crankset and through both my current cs-6700 and previous cs-4600 11-28 cassettes. It’s a genuine sram part.
Highlights
Quality
Excellent easy to use for chain repair or replacement.
These 10-speed quick links work fantastically for the sram ex1 ebike-strong chain.
Turns out that was unneccessary, it took about 30 seconds to pull out the old link, put this one on, and snap it together.
Something about the chamfered slot doesn’t lock the pins anymore, and the potential increases for it to come apart.

I don’t want to be in the mountains miles from my car and have the connector break

Smaller tighter links mean you really need a dedicated masterlink tool though
