These are one of those things you can forget to replace, depending on how diligent you are with pads, etc. Sram stuff is good and quickly becoming the norm. These are the only rotors i use on 5 race bikes.

I opt to when new pads plus a fresh bleed still don’t provide enough bite on the rotors

Don’t use with shimano calipers thickness is a problem
