Pros

The derailleur sits a lot tighter on the hanger. It is an upgrade that prevents the looseness inherent in the nx bolt. Nx is better than new gx, and significantly cheaper than replacing either nx or nx.

Super straightforward install, highly recommend to anybody with nx or gx.

I went from sloppy performance and weekly bolt tightenings to super crisp shifting a bolt that stays in place.

All the slack has gone and the gears index much better.

Price

Even at $36 common price, it might be worth it.

With careful shopping, you should be able to find a version of this one for around $17.
