Most chronograph watches only count to 30 minutes

The seiko ssb385p1 uses seikos 8t67 movement which is a quartz movement with a mechanical chronograph complication

That said most other mechaquartz unfortunately tend to use the 8t63 whose major drawback is the 24hour subdial that is only really useful if you need a daynight indicator or need to use military time but are not very good at doing the conversion mentally
