Don’t be fooled. They are rated as 10 amp output. In my experience, using an accurate ammeter for testing, this number is exaggerated. It flashes lights quite often, and then says that batteries aren't charged but do have some charge.

Permanently wired fixes most problems

All have some type of connection to battery check circuit that really does not like corrosion on the spring clamp connections and all the keep plugging and unplugging jiggling connections type problems are fixed by hard wiring to the battery to be charged

Here is the deal i tried to charge a completely discharged battery and after 30 minutes it went into maintenance mode the device thinks the battery is charged
