I've read some of the negative reviews and i have to say there is no such thing as a filter that does not degrade image quality.
The highest quality is always going to be without any filter whatsoever over the lens.
Not as good as higher quality ones, but they're also 5-10 times the cost.

You didnt state what nd level you were using nor anything to do with shutter speed or aperture in the two images you compared

This creates much more blur and is much more sensitive to the slightest bit of motion that a camera without an nd filter will never pick up

If its in the studio you would have to actually measure your light output and reduce it by the number of stops at the nd filter is reducing light when you shoot without the indie filter

There are not even any instances where an nd filter can be used that it is not subject to far more blur than not using nd filter as if you are using an nd filter
