Pros

Helps calming focus. Some days are just hectic. This cancels that out. It's nothing miraculous but any improvement is good.

The amber bottle and droplet are a plus for storage and easy dispensing. This is a professional supplement that comes in a nice amber bottle to prolong shelf life and has a very sturdy dropper as the cap.

This is st john's wort that has been extracted with glycerin. This supplement comes from a reputable company. I love it when tinctures are easy to administer like this one.

This is supposed to be beneficial for a blood types and has good benefits. It does seem to work better than the pills of the same herb, i use. I like that it is vegetarian, so many capsules are not so this is cool avoiding the capsules.

Just one squeeze of the dropper is all you need. The dropper makes tailoring the dosage to your own preferences easy. Takes in and dispenses the tincture easily.

Cons

John's wort is a glycerite and is stated to be 685 mg per 0. Oz. While it may work for some, it's essential to be cautious and aware of any potential side effects before trying it.
