Pros

They run a little larger than usual. But they're not loose, i just have more room to wiggle my toes without the shoe flopping around. Great shoe for the pruce. Just a touch tight other than the toe area.

Cons

The sole is like cardboard and there is a paper thin insole. The shoe laces are very low quality, knot easily, and a metal piece that lined the inside of the hole that the lace went through fell off after a week of wear.

No need to contact the time store, these are sold by amazon. Of course they have a refund policy. Buyer beware. That’s not why i utilize amazon wardrobe.
