The sole is like cardboard and there is a paper thin insole. The shoe laces are very low quality, knot easily, and a metal piece that lined the inside of the hole that the lace went through fell off after a week of wear.

These are sold by amazon. Of course they have a refund policy. Like paying double. This is a retailer that charges for returns.

But they are still a nice shoe at a reasonable price.
