The paper retention clip at the bottom of the board lower right corner pushes the edge of the paper up about a millimeter such that the alignment groove for the bottom edge is worthless

Since the drafting head mounts on the upper side of the bar it is difficult to use on the bottom section of the paper since you can only bring the bar down to the bottom of the machine table
