Pros
The barrel is much higher quality than the prismacolor equivalent. Really nice sharpness of the tip. Great, strong tip, retains its integrity for a long time.
Great for labeling anatomical structures. Works great with rhodia paper notebooks. I use it in my bullet journal and it is a pleasure to write with.
Cons
The tip is bent and frayed. Wasn't in any type of package. Very frustrating. I hope this was just a fluke. What a disappointment.

Incredibly fine permanent marker , a quality piece.
Writing with the pen is pretty good but it’s much lighter(gray-er) than other pens that are less expensive and better quality.
These are the only artist quality pens i've used for stippling where the tip hasn't been pushed up inside the pen.
Price
This pen functions perfectly and the price can't be beat.

For just taking notes or everyday tasks like writing down your grocery list it is a bit overkill though and a bit expensive besides

Always writes the same and doesnt randomly cut out even on the longest strokes
