Pros
Recommended for violins and mandolins. Perfect for my son's viola. Latch that secures so that if someone accidentally bumps the stand the viola won't tip off.
It seems well-made & sturdy. It is very sturdy, and has a locking bar across the front so my violin is not going to get knocked out of this stand.
Stand is adjustable in both the bow holder and the neck rest. Holds my violin and bow securely. I love that it has a bow hanger as most models don't.

The reason why i took of a star is because if you use this for violin or viola and you want to use the bow stand it doesnt get tall enough
