Price
The stand itself is pretty decent and for the price you really cant beat it.
I would recommend this stand over the others costing twice as much, however when i bought this the price was much lower.

It came ready to use right out of the box.

Use it to hold a yamaha p-105 88-key digital piano.
I am using this for a casio privia - 88 key 25 lb keyboard.
