I managed to assemble it on my own and im disabled so it took just over an hour because of my disablilties not due to no instructions

Would have received 5 stars if the nut on the locking mechanism had been tight

It was too much of a hassle to return the stand just to have a plastic cover replaced and as i needed to use the stand immediately for a function i didnt have time to put in a complaint
