The small metal “cleansing bar” side product actually removes the smell of onions from my hands. It is easy to wash and dry, and has not grown any rust while stored.

This huge curved knife is very sharp. But for the money you're paying your definitely getting you moneys worth and with proper care it should last a long time! Secondly, the customer service is excellent!

Cons

Easy to clean but it was poorly made. Biggest issue it has is that it will rust if exposed to liquid for more than a few minutes.
