Black currant seed is used to keep hair healthy and shiny. I was prescribed this supplement by a nutritionist. It is dense and the gels go down quick and easy.
Cons
Too overpriced. I'm sure the product is good, but it arrive with a broken glass bottle.

Con i didnt realize the side effects of the black currant seed oil and that is it doesnt allow clotting

If anyone is going to take this it is not recommended if you are on blood thinners which i am not and to stop taking it 2 weeks before a surgery

What is has caused for me is bleeding during my ovulation this is when the blood starts to clot around your uterine wall and i had 3 days of bleeding not spotting

I am going to try and test it i am going to reduce my intake to 1 a day and stop taking it 1 week before ovulation and start back up afterward
